Ethics in Public Relations
The mission of the Ethics Committee is to promote a high level
of awareness, understanding and practice of ethical practices
and professional standards among member firms, the PR industry
at large and related parties, including clients, media, the
government, vendors and academia.
The CPRFHK has a Code of Ethics which can be used by all member firms, is applicable to the local market conditions and professional practices in Hong Kong. The Internet has transformed the way organizations interact with their stakeholders, so CPRFHK has also published Social Media Guidelines to help member firms navigate the new communications frontier.
